Jennings Business Centres are part of the successful Jennings Family of business parks situated throughout South Oxfordshire. Join us and become part of a friendly, sociable network of over 130 businesses.
Our team of 12 will do their utmost to support you in your business journey and make sure that any property issues are resolved quickly.
Licences for our Business Centres are simple one page documents, and you have an option to vacate at any time by giving only one months notice.
We hope that you will be happy with us as your landlords, and choose to stay with us as your business prospers and grows. If you take a lease in a larger property our simple and trend-setting 4 page leases are easy to understand, and you have a right to remain as long as you like, and vacate whenever you like giving us three months notice.
There is so much more that our team do to help and support, and make your life in our properties easy and worry free (let's face it we have enough worries simply running a business without a landlord adding to the woes!). You will only really get an understanding when you talk to us, or preferably come and visit. You will be made welcome, and we do not do 'hard sell'. Stop for a coffee, and if our premises are not right for you, we will try to advise you on alternatives.
We set up, work closely with, and support the TBAC business mentoring service, a ground-breaking new and free service for the business community of Oxfordshire.
We also work in the community with the Monument Community Trust. Tenants, and their teams, are welcome to get involved in this work.
